PUNCHING AND CUTTING OF ALFA SERIES BLADES

The Alfa Series is one of Geka’s series of CNC punching machines. These CNC lines are used for punching, marking, drilling and cutting plates. There are two series and five machines within this series: Alfa 150, Alfa 500, Alfa 500/150, Alfa 500/165T and Alfa 500/220T.

All Alfa Series Plate Cutting Machines include a power unit and a user interface with touch screen and remote control. Its punching unit includes a servomotor and a hydraulic extractor stop.

ALFA 500

ALFA 500/165T

Alfa Plus is part of Geka’s Alfa series for processing flat bars. It is an automatic CNC Line for punching, drilling, marking and shearing flat bars. This CNC line has two CNC punching machines: Alfa 500/165T and Alfa 500/220T. The differences between them are the Max. flat bar thickness they can perform: 25mm in the Alfa 500/165T and 35mm in the Alfa 500/220T, and their punching force: 1650 kN in Alfa 500/165T and 2200 kN in Alfa 500/220T.

Both of this Geka CNC lines are controlled AUTOMÁTICAlly when punching, shearing, marking and drilling flat bars up to 12 m in length. They are provided with a Triple Head Punching Unit for diameters up to 40mm, and a shearing unit up to 500×40mm.
