Sigma 110 belongs to GEKA’s CNC drilling solutions series, which is characterized by being a line of machinery that allows drilling beams, angles, plates, square and rectangular tubes and U and IPN profiles up to 1m high and 18m wide. long in profiles, achieving an operating speed of up to 60 m/min. The Sigma 110 has a power of up to 15 kW peak and 13 kW nominal. This model of CNC drilling machines has a 5-tool changer and an internal and external lubrication system, making the operation easy, safe and reliable.

This CNC milling drill features a powerful drill unit. This unit manages to generate a strong movement guided by its additional double column that allows it to achieve ultra-fast acceleration in the X axis. Sigma 110 also has a profile that is attached to the table by means of a clamp. For its part, the hold-down guide is mounted on 2 vertical linear guides.
