CWP LINE CIRCULAR WELDING PLANT
The installation consists of a power head and a tailstock (pneumatic or hydraulic) mobile on a pallet (with floor or wall configuration) whose useful light depends on the size of the product to be welded. The welding piece can be installed on a mobile carriage on a beam or in a fixed position on the motorized head and/or tailstock.
NCMM produces a wide range of models with a useful light of up to 6000mm and different configurations to cover all the production needs of customers.
Each plant is managed by numerical control, with one or more axes depending on the model and accessories, and is completed with a PLC with a color touch screen for easy management of all the system’s operating parameters.
The presence of a USB and ETHERNET port allows easy connection to the external (client’s corporate network) for interface with welding units, upload/download of work programs and telecare service.
