CORROSION PREVENTION AND PRETREATMENT BY SPRAYING ZINC PRIOR TO SPRAYING PAINT
For the zinc spraying process, zinc wire is melted using a flame or electric arc and sprayed with compressed air onto the previously sandblasted workpiece. This provides good corrosion prevention characteristics.

For zinc spraying we supply complete zinc spray rooms, incl. the corresponding zinc pulverizing and screening technique or we retrofit your existing cabinet or shot blasting room with equipment specially designed for zinc pulverizing purposes.

Zinc spraying of your workpieces is carried out manually in accessible spray rooms. Our zinc spray rooms feature a main components cabinet, a movable and foldable suction hood for excess zinc spray and a filter unit with limestone powder dosing and a CO2 fire extinguishing unit. Zinc pulverizing equipment can also be retrofitted into an existing blast room or installed in a planned new blast room.
