TECOI TRF

This machine is designed for edge preparation work for welding and drilling in applications where great machining capacity is needed for medium to large thickness boilers.

EXCLUSIVENESS. It has CBM technology, exclusive to TECOI, for the creation of bevels and preparation of edges to be welded through chip removal machining systems. This system makes the TRF® machine the solution for the most demanding requirements in terms of regulations regarding the preparation of edges for liability welding. CBM technology helps ensure that problems arising from beveling do not appear and the process is highly profitable.

OPTIMIZATION. Possibility of any type of bevel geometry in a single pass, thus optimizing production times. Furthermore, the thermal input is practically zero, something that means that the properties of the material are not modified and there is no need to clean the final product. The TRF machine for wind construction, shipyards, large structures, etc. It has a specific TECOI system, the multihead, which allows productivity to be doubled in the same processing station, reducing production costs. For the evacuation of chips generated during cutting processes, it can be equipped with VIBRATEC, also exclusive to TECOI, which saves more than 40% of machine downtime, cleaning operations and waste removal, VIBRATEC is maintenance-free.
