TECOI STOCKTEC
Automatic sheet metal and processing warehouse designed and manufactured by TECOI.
PRODUCTIVITY. STOCKTEC reduces operation times, immediately increasing productivity and expanding storage space on a smaller surface area.
SPEED. Its system of independent trays allows the material to be stored and disposed of immediately according to production needs.
STURDINESS. The central elevator drives the trays to the destinations previously assigned by the cut file. Its design and robustness allows it to store up to twenty-five tons per tray.
WITHOUT STOPS. With this system, the processing station does not stop, optimizing operation times and offering very low production costs, it is fully configurable depending on the needs of the production center.
INDUSTRY 4.0. It is the ideal installation for the industry 4.0 environment, allowing complete automation of production and its management with MES-level systems.

*Maximum tray dimension: 16,000 x 3,000mm.
*Supply capacity: Up to ten laser, plasma or oxy-fuel stations.
*Max. of interconnected towers: 10.
